Organic Timilia Durum Wholewheat Tagliatelle
This organic wholewheat tagliatelle is produced from an ancient Sicilian grain, specifically the Timilia variety, a precious wheat cultivated in Sicily and rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins.
Processing is carried out according to the ancient tradition of pasta making.
The wholewheat semolina flour is stone-ground and bronze-drawn.
The result is an organic wholemeal pasta with numerous benefits and a unique flavour. The artisanal production chain processes the Timilia grain in total respect for the raw materials, which are all 100% organic and Sicilian.
The pasta is slow-dried at low temperatures.
This wholewheat Tagliatelle with organic Timilia flour (also called “Tumminia”) is fragrant and aromatic, it is dark in colour and lends itself well to any type of sauce.
The entire production chain is strictly local and completely organic.
