Ge.Im.A. Ltd. in the person of its legal representative , protects the confidentiality of personal data and guarantees them the necessary protection from any event that could put them at risk of violation.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as amended by Leg. 101/2018, this page describes the methods of processing of personal data of users consulting the website www.anemosbio.eu and interacting with web services accessible by electronic means. The statement does not cover the processing of personal data carried out by other sites, pages or online services that can be reached by the User through links.

2. CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT AND HOW TO EXERCISE RIGHTS

In your capacity as a Data Subject and in relation to the processing operations described in this Notice, you may exercise your rights under Articles 7, 15 to 21 and 77 of the GDPR (right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, right to withdraw, right to complain). In particular, where the processing of personal data is based on specific consent, the Data Subject has the right to revoke that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
