The production of organic, citrus-based liqueurs stems from the valorization of what is generally considered to be the waste of the raw material. The use of citrus peels, allows the use of still usable parts of the raw material and the creation of new products, such as liqueurs. The fruit used is produced through controlled and certified organic farming.
The artisanal production process is carried out according to ancient traditional recipes.
The citrus fruits we use for organic liqueurs, from north-eastern Sicily, are peeled by hand.
Then peels are left to infuse in organic alcohol according to ancient traditional recipes.
