Shipping and delivery

Our store generallyfulfills orders (that is, preparing your package and sending it) in 24h/48h.

Order fulfillment is linked to receipt of your payment.
If you have chosen payment by PayPal or card, the crediting of the amount for us is direct, therefore, your order is processed and shipped in 24h/48h.
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, order processing is linked to bank crediting time, which, on average, takes 3 days.

Shipping, costs and estimated delivery

Shipments take place during weekdays only.
If you place an order during holidays or pre-holidays, it will be shipped on the first available weekday.
On our site, shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods purchased and the time frame in which you want to receive the package: standard shipping or express shipping.

La standard shipping provides delivery in 4-5 days estimated (excluding weekends and holidays).
In this case the costs are:

  • From 0 kg to 1.99 kg: €5.80
  • From 2 kg to 5 kg: €6.70
  • From 25 kg to 30 kg: €14.90

La express shipping provides delivery in 2 days estimated (excluding weekends and holidays).
In this case the costs are:

  • From 0 kg to 1.99 kg: €7.10
  • From 2 kg to 5 kg: €8.10
  • From 5.1 kg to 10 kg: €9.55
  • From 10.1 kg to 20 kg: €11.35
  • From 20.1 kg to 24.9 kg: €12.93
  • From 25 kg to 30 kg: €17.90

We generally entrust our shipments to Italian Post, however, in order to guarantee the chosen shipping-delivery service, it may happen to use other couriers.

N.B. Shipping costs may be subject to possible price changes related to the couriers we rely on. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay informed about costs for the various weight ranges.

Shipping >30 Kg

If you are interested in purchasing goods exceeding 30 kg, please contact us from our page 
, select“Business Support” from the drop-down menu so we can provide you with a quote.
Include in the email the reference to the merchandise you are interested in, the quantity you would like to purchase (pcs and/or Kg), and the shipping address (or city).

Shipment tracking

Once your package is ready, so that you can track its shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code from PacklinkPro: the logistics system we have integrated into our e-commerce and which handles our shipments.

If after shipment, you do not receive the email with the tracking number, please send us an email by clicking you can contact us from our page 
 by selecting“Orders” from the drop-down menu.
We will promptly provide you with both the tracking number and the link to the courier company we entrusted the shipment to.
With this number you will be able to log on to the website of the courier company to whom we have entrusted the shipment and track your package for delivery details.


If at the time of delivery you are not at the given address, the courier will make a second attempt.
If you should not be at the given address, even on the second delivery attempt, the courier will put your package in storage at the post office.
Should you encounter any problems in finding your package, you can contact us and we will solve the problem together.

Pickup at Headquarters

If you chose on-site pickup, remember to bring the pro forma invoice we sent you as an attachment in the last email.
It is very important that you show the invoice to our employees at the pickup point because, in order to proceed with the delivery of your package, they need to know exactly what your order is and that the payment was successful.

Shipping Europe

We currently ship only to Italy, however we are happy to consider any requests, via email, regarding destinations that are still off-target, in order to be able to calculate actual shipping costs.
Shipping times may vary depending on the place of delivery and different times of the year (public holidays).
