Organic Mandarin Liqueur
The Sicilian recipe by which this organic mandarin liqueur is made is one we often refer to as “grandma’s.” Production follows a traditional recipe using only organic products, including alcohol.
To make this liqueur, the peels of Sicilian mandarins are used, peeled by hand and then left to infuse in organic alcohol. Added to these are a few other organic components, such as brown sugar and orange blossom honey which helps accentuate the citrus aroma on the palate.
The aroma of this organic tangerine liqueur is delicate, with citrus notes, and the taste is intense. This tangerine liqueur is enjoyed well when iced, as well as being an excellent digestive.
Water, pure hydrated alcohol*, cane sugar*, mandarin peel infusion* 7% (400 g whole mandarins per liter of liquor)
