Russello spaghetti is an ancient durum wheat pasta, of the Russello variety, which originated in Sicily and is still produced through organic farming and processed through artisanal production.
The wheat is processed in such a way that it does not alter in any way the nutritional properties and fragrance that this variety gives to the sense of smell. It is milledusing cylinders, and Russello pasta is bronze drawn.
There are no other ingredients other than semolina flour of the russello variety and mineral water from a natural Sicilian spring located in the Nebrodi Mountains.
