Organic Timilia Durum Wheat Whole Wheat Tagliatelle<\/h4>\n

Organic, whole wheat noodles<\/strong> are made from an ancient Sicilian wheat<\/strong>, specifically the Timilia variety, a prized wheat that is grown in Sicily and is rich in protein, minerals and vitamins.<\/p>\n

Processing<\/strong> is done according to theancient pasta-making tradition<\/strong>. The <\/span> whole-wheat semolina <\/span>flour<\/strong> isstone milled<\/strong> and the drawing process is bronze<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The result is that of an <\/span>organic whole wheat pasta<\/strong> with numerous benefits and a unique taste, because since it is an <\/span>artisanal-type production chain<\/strong>, the Timilia wheat is processed in respect of the <\/span>raw materials<\/strong> used, which are <\/span>100% organic Sicilian<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Drying is slow<\/strong> and takes place at low temperature<\/strong>.Whole wheat noodles with organic Timilia flour<\/strong> (also called “Tumminia” <\/span>flour<\/strong> ) are <\/span>fragrant and aromatic<\/strong>, dark in color and lend themselves well to any kind of seasoning<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The ‘entire production chain is strictly local and completely organic.<\/p>\n
