Organic Mandarins Ciaculli variety<\/h4>\n

Organic Ciaculli mandarins<\/strong> are a variety that takes its name from an area of Palermo where it is grown. It is also called <\/span>late mandarin<\/strong> because, compared to other citrus fruits, it is produced between February and April<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The color of the late mandarin Ciaculli<\/strong> is pale and the shape is flattened. It has a very juicy, citrusy but sugary pulp and also, compared to other tangerine varieties, the presence of seeds<\/strong> is reduced<\/strong>. This is a highly prized <\/strong> variety of<\/strong> mandarin known both for its taste and for the nutritional properties it contains, such as its high vitamin C and B content.<\/p>\n

Mandarin<\/span> Ciaculli<\/strong> is a <\/span>mandarin<\/strong> whose<\/span> use in cooking<\/strong> is <\/span>varied<\/strong>. <\/span>Delicious jams can be made, and the peel is used on a large scale to make <\/span>candied fruit, cakes, liqueurs, as well as to enrich dishes of all kinds<\/strong>.
