Traditional Flavours


This box of traditional flavours includes two historical and ever-present ingredients of the Mediterranean diet: pasta and olive oil.

It contains short and long pasta types produced with ancient Sicilian grains and an extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic qualities.

Two key ingredients of our diet, selected to represent the Sicilian culinary delicacies that bring the ancient flavours of rural traditions back to our tables.

Raw materials processed in total respect for their organoleptic properties.

A box that comprises two types of short pasta and two types of long pasta and some truly excellent organic EVO oil.

The box contains: Spaghetti and Rigatoncini made from Russello variety durum wheat, an ancient Sicilian wheat processed artisanally with cylinder mills and bronze dies.

Other two culinary delights from Sicilian master pasta makers: Tagliatelle and Fusilli made from Timilia variety whole durum wheat semolina, another ancient Sicilian grain also known as “Tumminia“, processed artisanally with stone mills and bronze dies.

To finish, we have included the king of condiments: organic extra virgin olive oil, to add flavour to these 4 fantastic pasta shapes, but not only.

This oil is cold pressed and has a well-balanced taste with hints of spice, that enriches the genuine flavours of any dish, be it hot or cold.
