The Ovale orange is an ancient variety of blond late orange, quite appreciated for its organoleptic characteristics.
The fruit is suitable for all uses:Â as table fruit, for juices, in the preparation of pastries, jams, candies.
Its skin is thin, yellow to orange which turns golden
Its pulp is pale orange, thick and characterized by a sweet and pleasant taste, juicy and almost seedless.
The ovale orange is rich in citric acid, vitamins (especially C, but also A, B1, B2 and PP) and mineral salts.
