Organic Mandarin Liqueur
The Sicilian recipe used to make this organic mandarin liqueur is one of those we often refer to as “grandma’s”.
Its production follows a traditional recipe that uses only organic ingredients, including alcohol.
This liqueur is made with Sicilian mandarin peels, peeled by hand and then left to infuse in organic alcohol.
Only a few other organic components are added, such as cane sugar and orange blossom honey which accentuates the citrus flavour on the palate.
The aroma of this organic mandarin liqueur is delicate, with citrus notes, while its flavour is wonderfully intense.
It is a liqueur that is best enjoyed ice-cold, and makes an excellent digestive drink.
